I am Judy Scott. I have been raised in the small town community of Belfair Washington. My father used to run a Barn Dance in the 1950ís. My town is very important to me. Faith and family is the driving force behind me so I have a passion to do and be the best I can with what has been entrusted to me.
Experience is the key to success
My husband Gary Woodford and I built custom homes (foundations, framing, roofing) I also worked as a carpenter at Bangor WA We owned and operated a full service restaurant in Belfair for 7 years. (1988-1995) We sold the restaurant in 1995, went back into building and I also received my real estate license in 1996. in 1997 my husband was killed which caused me to take the restaurant back over (1999-2002) I was remarried in 2000, but shortly after our marriage, Matthew (Scott) was diagnosed with cancer and he passed away in 2004
During all this time however, I was encouraged to run for the Port of Allyn commission and was appointed in 2000. I am a Port of Allyn commissioner currently. I have good understanding of economic development, tourism and the importance of infrastructure and the local real estate markets. Over the past 20 years, I have purchased various properties as investments and rentals. Commercial and residential properties that I manage. I have great background selling various properties for Reid Real Estate.
